I was going down to the store yesterday to get some supplies for a training activity I am using today. Unfortunately I had to witness the chaos, stupidity and general lack of resilience displayed by my local community. Yes, there were still people out there buying rolls and rolls of toilet paper and when I got to the spaghetti section I found empty shelves. I need the spaghetti for some marshmallow towers. If you haven’t tried this activity check out this website https://www.commonsense.org/education/lesson-plans/the-marshmallow-challenge. This gives you a good idea of what is required and also provides the video reference which I use after the activity. The activity can be used for many different purposes

Not surprisingly there was plenty of wholemeal organic spaghetti?? So, my activity will go ahead. What really concerns me is, this isn’t a really big problem and we have chaos. We need some strong leadership at this point and we need everyone to calm down and show some resilience. What will happen if there is a real crisis?
