Having been to a few meetings lately I often wonder why I had to go and what was achieved. There are many other ways that the information the meeting was about could have been disseminated. Don’t get me wrong there is a very good time and place for meetings but as we all know many could also be more efficient and yes, effective. Here is a simple web based tool, yaM which may help. I know a client who swears by it. Looks great and at present it is free. I am not sure that it will remain that way for ever. Try it out and let me know what you think.
