Training Needs Analysis. It is a SUSPECT process – Part 5

The next stage of the SUSPECT TNA process has been posted to all of the usual locations (click here). This stage is Engage the Plan. Of course this is a very important stage where the plan is put into action and if the plan was well constructed a good supply of relevant data will be sourced that then assists the trainer to clearly and precisely state the performance gap. A key part of this stage is effective communication to all involved. In particular the communication of why this TNA is being conducted? If this is done poorly employees can get concerned and hence the data may not be accurate. How has your experience been at carrying out the TNA plan? What effected the success or failure of the plan?
