There is no doubt that the internet is where the future of training and assessment is located but when and what it will look like are still the two big questions. When is an illusive question as it has been predicted many times before and has always been inaccurate. Elearning keeps smoldering away, just waiting for the big flame to kick in. What it will look like is really unknown. We have a large number of educators and trainers playing around the edges but it’s future form is as unpredictable as anything that will appear on the internet over the next few years, even this year.
