Training Needs Analysis. It is a SUSPECT process – Part 6

The second last stage of  the TNA process (suspect) is to check and analyse the data. This happens over a period of time as the data comes in via our various analysis methods. We need to check that it is consistent and valid and that there are no large inconsistencies. We may need to alter the plan if the data dramatically indicates the opposite of what we planned. This is a critical stage as it will form the basis for our conclusions and recommendations.
