The rewards of great practice

I have posted a number of time on practice from the participants perspective but more importantly from the trainers point of view. You want to get better as a trainer or educator then  you need to practice. But, not just doing the same thing again and again, you need to practice more intensely and the real key, you need to practice different behaviours and situations. Constantly repeating the same session with slight modifications does not move you forward. It only gets you better at what you are already reasonable at and does not extent your capability. You must practice different behaviours, options and strategies to improve and jump ahead.

Please watch the video below. This guy obviously practices a great deal but not just in the typical situation and he is awesome.

How good is your practice? Do you extend yourself or do you do the same old things every time?

Step it up a notch!
