Learning and Change

I recently delivered some change management seminars at a conference which were well received. Change management is basically pretty simple and involves good common sense practices but unfortunately when the change begins that often does not happen. It is over complicated and common sense leaves the organisation. Trainers need to understand change because every learning program is about change. You are trying to change the skills, knowledge or behaviours of an individual or group of people. Often your training program will be part of a bigger change process. There are many great books on change management and many models but this short video does an excellent job of explaining change management in just a few minutes.
