Following the post I made recently regarding Germany here is an interesting article from Singapore. They have established a virtual world (looks like Secondlife) and the are using it to help creatives find appropriate training. The last part of the article is what caught my interest. they provide a 90 percent subsidy for training for people in the creative industries. What are we doing in Australia for creative industries or for that matter innovation etc?
