One of my students asked me the other day about simple, easy to use, project management tools that enable you to keep track of various projects associated with a Diploma program that I deliver. Personally I have used software like MS Project and Excel to do the job but I have read a number of blog posts on a range of online project management tools that enable you to not only carry out all of the normal project management operations but also allow you to collaborate online with others while doing this. Great idea if your project team does not meet face to face regularly. I haven’t used any of these options but I have read articles on them and they do come highly recommended from a variety of blogs that I trust. So try them out and let me know what you think.
