Mindfulness. What is it? Mindfulness is “the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one’s attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment” Wikipedia.

Is it important to trainers? I think so. It is the door to self awareness and of course emotional intelligence which is essential for all trainers and educators.
