As we watch cut backs occurring across the VET sector in Australia and cuts in University education coupled with the rising cost of training and education making it difficult for many to improve their knowledge and skills we need to get back to the basic requirements of what training and education is required in many of our organisations to ensure that we are staying ahead of the rest of the world.
