I have been watching a lot of groups lately as I train and body language and facial expressions are often so revealing. In management programs the thing I find most interesting is the anger and frustration you see on people’s faces and in their actions when you discuss various case studies and personal experiences. There is a lot of poor management out there. Below is an excellent article on body language, in particular some facts on lying. There are a couple of tests as well to see how good you are at facial expression recognition.
