The last three training tips 56 videos have been about getting more fun into your life. By coincidence I found this great post on 30 things to do to keep from getting bored out of your skull at work. I hope that your  job isn’t that bad but some of these ideas are also just great ways of changing your current mind set or possibly getting you out of a rut you may be in. Can you think of any other things you could do? Personally if I have the chance a bike ride or run on the beach fixes me up and gets my brain working again.
