I’m not sure why I haven’t ever referenced this video in my blog before. I have watched it a number of times. Guy Kawasaki is a great speaker and even if you don’t get anything from the his speech you will enjoy his speaking style. The video is a reminder of the fact that all of us have to sell our training. We have to enchant people. His big three keys are likability, trust and quality.
