I have been delivering a few programs this year around innovation, creativity and teams. A fascinating area especially when you try to accurately define the terms creativity and innovation. I won’t even try here as there are about 100 different categories of definitions according to one article that I read. I do go along with (loosely) the definition that the article below uses that creativity is the first part of the innovation process. The article does go on to describe that different skills and knowledge are required for both stages and I do agree with that which is an interesting part of the training process.
