Weekly Review – the last one

This is the last weekly review for the year. I might start it up again next year but maybe just monthly. It has been a good exercise as it has forced me to review what I am doing and it has brought about some insights. One of those insights is that I work too much at times. This was highlighted this week when I was asked as the facilitator what I did to achieve some balance. My answer was that I was probably most likely out of balance. I do get more holidays than most people but I do on the other hand work some very long, tough hours. Fortunately the work is slowing down at this point of the year and even though this week has been busy, next week moves down to assessment marking, just two days of face to face training (an Ethics and Governance program) and some writing for a client. The week after I hope it is zero work and I can then move into some personal projects that have been on hold. So that is all I wanted to write this week on my week. I hope your workload is slowing as well and that you too are going to enjoy a holiday soon. The blog will continue and I also hope to get a video out there soon.
