2016 has been declared by tech experts as the year of virtual reality. Will this have an impact on training, teaching and education? Of course it will – but not straight away. I think for training it will have a bigger impact on assessment with the trainers ability to assess an individual from a distance in a virtual workplace, which for once, will actually be a true simulated workplace.
