Training Needs Analysis. It is a SUSPECT process – Part 4

This weeks training tips 56 video (click here) covers part 4 of the TNA process, Plan It. This is where we really get down to business with the full training needs analysis and work out our plan for how we will gather the data. Good project management skills are required here as the TNA can be very large, requiring multiple people, many resources, a solid budget and a well integrated time line. If the plan is effective you will get the data you need to clearly identify the appropriate performance gaps. Please provide any comments or questions.
