I have been concerned for quite a while that training I am doing is often just maintaining the current competencies and not the future competencies for many professionals. For example why doesn’t the C IV in training and assessment have a compulsory elearning unit? It is the future of training. The problem is probably more complex when you get into our school system which is struggling to provide an education that will be relevant to the student when they exit.
