Ok – so last week I proved to myself, at least, that you can’t beat face to face training even though I am a fan of virtual training. I had a great three days taking a group through safety leadership. Building rapport, trust and respect and hopefully some leadership behaviours that will assist them to lead their teams effectivey and safely.
I do think we are entering a challenging period for all trainers and educators as we will be using more virtual training now that people have experienced more of it and that organisations have a taste of what is possible.
