In regards to posts I have decided in line with the video production to alternate my posts here with my other project World Change NOW. Please subscribe to this blog as well even though it is not about training as it covers many interesting topics that I hope will interest you. I also have plans to run the first international training competition in a few months (I hope). So on every second day you can see a post here and on the other day there will be a post on the Changes blog.
