When I teach/train people I think of myself as the leader. The leader of the group, leading them in learning something that will assist them and their organisation to achieve a goal that hopefully, they have, mutually set. The article below is about the 10 golden rules of effective management (or leadership) and this might be useful to some of you when training managers but for me these golden rules also apply to trainers (or as I think it, leaders).
