Why do I need to sign assessments about 3 to 5 times. Really, what is so special about my signature that it appears to be required every time I do something in relation to training and more so when I am assessing. I should be bale to just mark the assessment, put a c or nyc on the front cover and that is it. Why would I also write some feedback which the participant generally doesn’t see and doesn’t generally care about and then sign that as well. Answers?
