I haven’t written many posts this year. I apologise. It has been a very busy year which is finally slowing down. It has been pretty close to the most successful 6 months I have had since becoming an independant consultant. Next year looks good as well. I don’t think there is any real answer to why it has been a great 6 months except my general principles of giving everything reasonable a go, working hard and learning as much as I can about as much as I can. Pretty simple really. I ran into this video today and thought it was worth posting. Ray Dalio is a very interesting and successful guy. He is all over the internet at the moment. This short animated movie outlines his principles for success. Clear, simple and worth thinking about as we head towards the end of another year of risk and reward.
