Many trainers (I am one of them) still get stressed before starting a session or making a speech. Sadly I actually enjoy this feeling. It gets me motivated and I enjoy the adrenalin rush. It goes away quite quickly. We often tell new trainers and teachers to relax but maybe that stress is good and services an important purpose. Check out the video below and the article it comes from.
