The big line in real estate is Location, Location, Location. If there is statement with equivalent importance in training/learning it is Practice, Practice,Practice! The blogs name comes from this simple format. Learn something, Do it (Practice), Master it (be truly competent), and Challenge (take your learning to the next level of complexity). Then start the Practice again.  This weeks training tips 56 video is on Practice. I find it incredibly frustrating at times that participants in a program believe that they will be fully capable of performing the new skills and knowledge without practice or experience, which is practice anyway. We all know that is not how it works from learning to ride a bike, to cooking a meal to performing our current job. We all have to Practice. Watch the video which can be seen from all the usual locations and remember that as good trainers we must emphasise the importance of practice and attempt to build as much practice as we can into our training programs.
