Some of you may have noticed the name change of the blog. In keeping with the new training package that has landed recently (in Australia anyway) I thought that this name better expresses what I blog about. For those of us in Australia it is a pretty confusing time with the change over again of trainer qualifications and requirements. To assist you in this process here is a neat little video put together by a colleague, Stewart Barret, on what the transition means. For those who want to read the detailed ins and outs of the transition here is a FAQ by our industry body.
You may have also noticed that this blog post should also be about my new video. I have had a few computer issues and I plan to get that out to you on Saturday. It is a very important video on how to write effective assessments.
