I can’t believe that it has been approximately a year since I uploaded a video on training. Due to an easier week I finally put one of my ideas together and I have just uploaded the first video in a series titled, A to Z of Delivery – Assertiveness. I hope to release a new video each fortnight following the letters of the alphabet and my challenge is to tie them into something visual. This week I have put assertiveness with Auckland (due to a number of visits there recently).
