We all have limited time to learn new things. Fortunately a lot of learning can now occur due to the internet but don’t forget about that old technology, books. I still get a lot of information, knowledge and new skills from reading apart from just reading for fun. In the areas of management, human resources, change etc most of my knowledge (apart from experience) comes from reading good books. The Personal MBA, Updated & Expanded: Mastering Business Without Spending a Fortune by Josh Kaufman, is a collection of books that you should read if you want to be up to date in the world of business.
