I have written many posts on the importance of words to trainers. Here is another of those great videos from RSA on Language as a window into human nature. Strange that this video is about language (words) but realies heavily on pictures (graphics). Pinker’s speech would be as good if it wasn’t backed up by the excellent drawings. For those who think powerpoint is dead – think again!
