I’ll be honest passion is one of my favourite words. It’s not a word I am going to use out loud but I do think that someone in every person’s life they need to do something that they really enjoy. Your very fortunate if that happens to be your job. I don’t run into many people who say they really enjoy their job. Maybe I am spending too much time with the wrong people or maybe it just doesn’t happen that often for a variety of reasons. I can tell when a trainer or teacher really likes their job, as it comes out in how they teach. Their participants know it as well. Is a good article from the Harvard Business review on doing what you love. Are you doing what you love for a job or at least spending sometime each day doing something you really enjoy?
