As promised here is our first Training Tips 56 video for the year. Sorry for the delay but it has been a very busy year so far with a number of critical career and business changes and hence I just haven’t had the time. The new video is about making great training introductions. It sets the first impression for the training program and the trainer and is an area many trainers do not spend enough time in during the preparation phase. If you like motor racing there is also footage from this years Melbourne Grand Prix. I still don’t really get motor sport but it was a great spectacle and I do admire the skills and incredible preparation that goes into making a car go fast.
