Feeling a little tired?

Every trainer gets that worn out, slightly down, had enough, please give me a break feeling at times. I’m been working consistently hard lately, in some cases with challenging clients, and at times you just want to have a break, but the next day of training starts tomorrow and that new course needs to be completed by the end of the week and that really isn’t much time. here are a few tips that just might make you feel better.

I know what makes me feel better every time. Doing a good job. Knowing I helped at least one person to understand something new or be able to do something they couldn’t do before. If I do that, I’m ready for the next day.
