All trainers (I hope) understand the requirements of diversity and equality but it can be very challenging at times with certain groups and certain situations. There is a fine line and you must be careful. Just to demonstrate that watch the advertisement below that Snickers created and understand that it has caused an uproar of disapproval and strange comment. I think it is funny – that’s it. But many don’t.
