Sorry. My experiment last week had a few technical issues and hence I didn’t get the chance to complete the reflection exercise. So here it is now.
Day 4 Reflection – Thursday
Same group as yesterday except the topics are Managing finance and budgets and risk management. Overall a good day with plenty of interaction and some interesting discussions. Marked a few assessments after the class.
Day 5 Reflection – Friday
A four hour drive back to the central coast from Orange. Traffic was good and hnece got home by 12:05pm. Quickly marked some outstanding assessments that I could access while away and conducted a coaching session via phone with a manager. Did some prep work for next week and then drove to my property – about an hour away. Good weekend away from people and technology.
This morning I am in Sydney delivering a two day Design training program, program. Busy week ahead.
