I have been doing a great deal of training around poor management and bad bosses lately, with more to come next week. The slideshow below highlights 12 characteristics of horrible bosses which brought back some bad memories of some poor management I have experienced in the past. On a positive note I have also added below the 12 personality traits of a great boss. Many of these traits are also important as a trainer.
