Watch the video below, it is only short but spectacular. Not because I ski like that (I wish) but it reminds me of how I often feel as a trainer. A bright light cutting through the darkness, confusion and murk and hopefully bringing some light to others. A student last night during one of my explanations of workplace learning said the penny has finally dropped. Just like this skier racing downhill and exploding into light. Watching some of my participants recently it reminded me of them as well, slashing through the unknown to find knowledge, answers and clarity.
