As a trainer you need to be mentally and physically fit. No, not a super athlete just fit and nimble. This is even more important as you get older. The good news is that if you stay reasonably physically fit you will also be staying mentally fit at the same time. So on this Sunday get out there, do some exercise and sharpen up the mind and body. Stay on top of your game.
