Human Misjudgement and stupidity

I recently finished re-reading a book I read over 10 years ago on ‘Understanding Stupidity’. Great book if you can find it. It explains a lot and in particular the current world situation. The video below is another attempt to understand stupidity. We talk about competency a lot in training but we do not talk enough about lack of competency. It does exist.
