A lot of people ask me how do you get into writing training programs for other organisations. I don’t actually have a good answer to that questions. One day someone asked if I could do it and I said yes and I have been doing it ever since. I think that I do a pretty good job as well and I know that my clients think that as I get a lot of repeat work. I have developed over time a process that I use that makes the job easier but it is still difficult work. My new training tips 56 video provides some tips on the writing process.
