Relating to your audience

One way of establishing rapport with a training group is to be able to relate to their backgrounds, stories and lifestyle. That is difficult to do if you are completely removed from the audience. Read this interesting article about being in an elitist bubble. It has a video and a good test which, even though it is American, can easily be adapted to make it more Australian.
