Pizza and E Learning

What do pizza and e learning have to do with each other. Nothing much really except that you could eat pizza while you did a course online. Online learning has a lot of advantages, which may include pizza eating, which is why organisations are choosing to use this platform for delivering an increasing list of training and development courses. Eagle Boys (yes, the pizza people) recently joined the list of e learning organisations. It makes sense when you consider that they have 280 stores and 4,000 team members producing over 16 million pizzas every year. It would be difficult with a small group of staff per store spread out over a wide geographical area to provide consistent high quality training without an enormous budget. So please have a read of their e learning story and think about the possibilities. Maybe your organisation should be looking into some e learning. It makes good sense. I feel hungry after writing this.
