I am disappointed with how we allocate funding to training programs in Australia. Many are equally upset. I’m not even sure why it needs to be so complex. I think a lot of the problems would be cleared up if we could measure the effectiveness of the programs. A lot of money is going into online learning at the moment and a course completion doesn’t mean the program was effective.
