As the year comes to a close and hopefully the workload is slowing down a little it is a good time to do some learning yourself rather than teaching others. Here is a good course to start with. It is self paced over six weeks and it is free. It is called Leaders of learning and ‘In Leaders of Learning we will explore learning, leadership, organizational structure, and physical design.’ It is a Harvard University course.
