Might be just me but one of our major problems in education and training is a lack of effective leaders. In this field the person must not only be a great leader but they must also be an excellent educator or trainer themselves so that they can understand what they lead. Unfortunately I have seen great teachers who can’t lead and the worst group lousy teachers who can’t lead. have you experienced this too? Here is a great article on the six levels of leadership. Unfortunately I have seen too many one, two, three and four leaders. Come on, there has to be a few great teacher leaders out there. Make a stand and wipe out those who just lead us into learning chaos.
