L&D is a balance between delivering a message and giving people the tools to discover that message for themselves. Case studies are perfect to give people the tools to have that Aha moment and discover the message for themselves.

So whats in writing a good case study? The experts say multiple things – I just wish they would say them in a language that anyone can understand .
