I just started reading this book the other day – Work Rules. Many trainers I know are assisting organisations to work more effectively and obviously it isn’t a bad idea to see how one of the  best organisations at effective workplace management does it. The organisation I am writing about is Google. The slideshow below is a good outline of what the book is about. I found the slideshow at the bottom of the post while watching the Work Rules one. It contains some useful statistics on effective and ineffective workplaces. Very interesting.
