I don’t get very concerned about the whole different generations thing. I do see some examples of the differences when I am delivering training and providing advice but on other occasions I don’t. You can get a little too hung up on the so called generational issues. The post below is a good summary of some of the possibilities but be careful that you don’t over generalise. For example I am, due to my birth date meant to be a Baby Boomer but I definitely identify more with Gen X.
