How’s your Sunday going? I facilitate a lot of training that includes goal setting. I often think that people either don’t really get the point of effective goals or they just ignore the training advice and don’t set goals at any stage in their life. Maybe goals are just a little too dull and laborious for most people. Here is another way of setting a goal. Draw your goals. I am a terrible drawer but today I am going to try this out.
